1. Service Agreement

Vancouver Computer provides highly specialized component-level services. By submitting hardware for repair, you acknowledge the following:

Diagnostics: We perform comprehensive motherboard diagnostics to identify circuit failures. A diagnostic fee may apply regardless of the final repair outcome.
Repair Risk: Processes such as BGA reballing and CPU socket replacement involve high thermal stress on multilayered PCBs. While we use professional-grade equipment, there is an inherent risk that pre-existing damage may result in a non-functional board.
Data Responsibility: Vancouver Computer is not liable for data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up all data prior to service.

2. Sales & Warranty

We offer new and refurbished motherboards and computer components to our customers in Clark County and beyond.

Refurbished Items: All refurbished components are rigorously tested and include a limited warranty. Warranty terms are void if the hardware shows signs of physical damage, liquid spills, or unauthorized repair attempts after purchase.

3. Payment & Abandoned Property

Payment is due upon completion of services. For our local Vancouver and Battle Ground clients:

Hardware not picked up within 60 days of the completion notice will be considered abandoned.
Abandoned property may be recycled or sold to offset the cost of labor and storage.

4. Website Use & Advertising

The content on vancouver-computer.net is for informational purposes. We reserve the right to display advertisements through Google AdSense. Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt to scrape technical data from our service descriptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law in the State of Washington, Vancouver Computer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Clark County, WA.
