Shipping Overview
We are committed to delivering your order to you quickly and safely. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse or in some cases our product providers warehouses.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM EST] on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the following regions/countries: United States, Canada.
International Standard Shipping: [e.g., 7–21 business days]. Cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website: [Link to USPS Tracking], [Link to FedEx Tracking], or [Link to UPS Tracking].
If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to your account page to view your order status and tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes via Expedited or Overnight methods.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vancouver-computer.net with photos of the damage.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely). If it still hasn't arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and inform our customer service team.
